You need to step back and set your goals better and try this:
Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc. These are the fat making foods.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can be a protein drink.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.
Walking as much as you can.

Keep horseback riding because thats a hobby. And doing things you enjoy and love are considered stress relievers. You just have to sit back one day, time manage when to do what and stay calm. Try adding some other exercising and eat healthy to help reduce stress. The more stress, the harder for you to think and more acne you get.

I wouldn't cut back on the riding either as it would do more damage than good what with your stress and all. It's a good outlet for that stress.
I'd sit down and talk to your parents and your guidence counselor and see what they can do about your school schedule.
Other ways to manage stress are yoga, meditation, listening to soothing music while you go to sleep, aromatherapy, hot baths with lavender. Certain herbal teas work great. Try a few of these and see what happens.
Good luck.

Make a schedule for yourslef.
This time to this time study for this class.
This time to this time horseback riding
Stick to the schedule. Once the schedule becomes routine for you you won't be as stressed.
You might go through a little bit mroe stress and a little bit more weight gain before your body is so used to thsi routine

It is hard to stick to a schedule I know because I can't, but I am trying. What has helped me was planning ahead what I am going to be eating for the next day. For example, the night before I plan what I will be eating the next day. I will set aside yogurt and a banana for breakfast, a granola bar of some sort for a snack, a s/w of some sort of lunch along with some other fruit and veggies. It is all about planning, you have to, you will be healthier and it will pay off. Try to workout when you can, when you get to it, you get to it.

you need to make sure to incorporate time to get to the gym, it will relieve stress as well as help you lose weight. even if you can't get to the gym, squeeze in a 30 minute walk every day. it'll give you time to think about your day. and definitely keep riding horses! if that makes you happy, stick to it! quitting will only make your stress worse.

maybe you should get a tutor with the classes you are struggling with or you could just tell your mom that you are so stressed out & maybe she'll let you stay home from sckool a day so you can just relax. but do not start cutting yourself cuz it isn't worth it trust me.
