It's up to you, but for me trust is something that once broken can never be made to be whole again.

Does your question mean that you do not trust him anymore or that he does not trust you? In either case I would say that you need prove that you are trustworthy (or he does). Don't make a point of trying to win back someone's trust, that will just make them even more distrusting. They will think that you have something to hide and are trying to cover it up. You have to show that you are trustworthy in the small things and that will lead to them trusting you more and then with bigger things. You see, the key is not to make them see that you are trustworthy, it is to become trustworthy, and allow them to take their time in seeing that you are. It might take a while, but in the end it will be best for everyone involved.

Looks like there are 2 enterpretations of your question going on. Either is hard to answer. Since I don't know either of you I don't know what it takes to earn your trust. The most likely answer is a long time of being trustworthy.

Well, if you don't know, then he better just move on because he is screwed trying to please you. You are going to be one of those women who will get mad about something and no matter how the guy apologizes, admits he was wrong and you were right, you will still bust his chops because you don't know when you have won. If you don't know what your boyfriend needs to do, why would anyone else (especially him)?

you will have to prove to him, he is all that matters to you. whatever you have done to make him lose the trust in the first place is one of your mistakes, loving him and showing him how much he means to you should make him trust you again. but its going to take time too.

You either trust him or not, If he is not doing anything wrong, then that should be enough. How did you earn the trust of your parents, when you did something wrong?

By behaving in a trustworthy fashion. Being there for you and proving his word is good by the actions he takes. It will take a long time and openness of mind by you.
