its a west highland white terrier, otherwise known as a westie...
and that dog is professioally groomed daily, most westies do not look that pure white and fluffy all the time...infact most look dirty and grimey because its impossible to keep them out of the mud puddles!

I agree,,,they are not that fluffy all the time. My neighbor has one and he looks grey. He barks all the time due to being left out there all day, all alone. Poor thing...

its a westie,my son just adopted an 8yr old female who is black i told him she looks like the ceasar com except for the coloring. they are cute and small.
