Cain murdered his brother. Moreover, he knew Jesus knew what he had done. We know this because God talked to Cain & cursed him. However, the Lord did forbid anyone to kill Cain.
Evolution was formed for two reasons:
1) Trying to deny God.
2) As a means to get away from the Catholic Church. Read the Bible & study history.
*Evolution is one of the biggest packs of bologna I ever seen*
But to answer your question: Cain was afraid of everyone because of his guilty conscious.
Read Genesis 3

Err... no, it is not possible, remember the rules of genetics and thermodynamics. Plus, there are more plausible explanations out there to the root of those others. Remember, Adam and Eve alone lived 930 years.

Cain was afraid that people would kill him as he wandered. He was afraid of what he did not know.

Perhaps his parents weren't exactly pleased at the loss of their other son...

And maybe, they weren't in a good mood about their evicition from Eden...

What if they weren't really very good at the good/evil concept...

Sounds like a motive for murder to me...mankinds first conspiracy theory...hmmm....
