there's nothing wrong with eating pasta as long as its in the correct portion size (i.e. the size of your fist) and as long as it is whole wheat or multi grain. its full of fiber and very good for you as long as you don't eat it every single day. a couple times a week is sufficient. pizza on the other hand is a delicacy that should only be reserved for once a week at very most because it is full of bad fats and high in calories. daily exercise is awesome for you though! nothing will make you feel better and live longer!

Conventional pizza is not healthy. White crust and fat and grease from the cheese. Yuck. However, pasta can be quite healthy as long as it is whole grain ("multi grain" might just mean that it has several different enriched grains-- Read the labels) and you have a good tomato sauce with it and some veggies on the side. (I also toss in some tofu into the pasta for good measure.)

Its okay to have something that you like. We all have our downfalls. Like for example if you like chocolate ....have a chocolate kiss or two . but not a hershey bar every day

now eating pizza and pasta daily? no. you wont LOSE anything unless you burn all the calories from the pizza & maybe 500 more.

Carbs and starch are bastards!!!!!

I can eat both pasta and pizza everyday for dinner and be happy but even with excercise, it will not be very good for you...

Try to limit yourself to those yummy choices twice a week.

While you're young I'd guess. later on perhaps it wouldn't be such a good idea
