First of all, I think it is partially due to the people narrating, If you read the hadiths completely, you will very quickly realise that Muhammad(pbuh) always wanted to make it easier for people, he said that if it wasnt hard on my ummah, I wouldve ordered them to do abolution every time for prayer. And second, the camel urine is said to be a fabrication, and you have to understand what kind of a command it is in the hadiths, some are fard, which is obligatory and that is rare, but the ones about not sitting with your legs crossed or drinking while standing are not fard because Muhammad(pbuh) did most of these things, so if you look at only the fards, it is the most easiest religion in my view.

Muhammed (SAW) didn't make up this religion, he had to follow the commandments of Allah as well, as was a very humble man. He didn't make it hard at all, and about the cleansing thing, name another reigion which commands its people to be that pure. Allah says in the Qur'an that he doesn't want to make things diffucult for us, but he wants to keep our souls clean, as well as our bodies.

Please keep reading if you're a true Muslim, you wouldn't even be asking such a disgraceful question in the first place.

Because it wasn't actually him who gave them.Religion is very old,it is too hard to prove what was said and when.My advice is to take the good points of religion and follow them.No god will hold it against you for not being able to understand a humans error.

Since he was even more concerned with hegemony in this world as salvation in the next one, he had to insure that he prescribed total control over your life here.

at the time he was the only one around....then we came along..and changed the world to a "better" place. live your life and remember the basics....the Bible is a spiritual guide and not a reality. grow within the commands, know them and you will see it is not that difficult to realise what you are really doing is right or wrong...no matter your religion
