you may not be eating properly, good nutrition contributes to tooth and gum health. increase your calcium intake. there are also some new toothpastes and mouth washes that have calcium in them that help make teeth stronger. do you floss? you MUST floss if you want to prevent cavities.
some people just don't have very strong teeth. do you know if the tap water where you live is fluoridated? fluoride is needed for strong teeth.

The same thing happens to my friend. She actually brushes her teeth more often then you, I think. While I have never had a cavity in my life, I actually think I know what the problem is.

My dentist told me that every person has a different type of saliva. Some are more acidic then others. It isn't your fault that your are getting cavities, and you should probably ask your dentist what he thinks is best for your teeth. =D

God Bless.

Plaque is a thin, sticky film of bacteria and salivary proteins that constantly forms on your teeth even shortly after brushing .The plaque reacts with food, turning sugar into acid, which then dissolves the enamel on your teeth.
How can plaque cause decay?
When you eat foods containing sugars and starches, the bacteria in plaque produce acids, which attack tooth enamel. The stickiness of the plaque keeps these acids in contact with teeth. After the teeth are attacked in this way many times, the tooth enamel breaks down forming a hole or cavity.

You could have seals put on your teeth. Ask your dentist.
