I am! :(
I was born in a catholic home and converted to christianity by a friend. Now I am very dissapointed about the lives of many christians who claim they love Jesus but their lives prove the contrary. I do love Jesus, but I prefer to do in in my own catholic religion and besides I have seen miracles when I have prayed to saints. And by the way this goes to the "holier than thou christians" who will flame my post and say stuff like: "You will go to hell", "You are not supposed to pray to the saints", blah blah..:
You are worse than the worst murderer out there because by your bad example you are sending souls to hell!! Besides when you point to judge me, 4 fingers are pointing right back at ya! Ha Ha Ha!! :oD

I believe in God and Jesus , but I do not consider myself a Christian. I refer to my beliefs as Spiritual and myself as a Spiritualist.

I'm not really a christian anymore but still enjoy listening to Joel Osteen preach on tv. His is a more positive message than the usual fire and brimstone speech.

You are probably like "Huh?" How can she listen to a christian preacher and not be christian. Lol. Well I have done a lot of soul searching and stuff. I think we all question our faith at times and some of us more than others. I know what you mean about the hypocrits who think they are good people just because they attend church. For me belief in christ has always been shaky but my belief in God has been never died. While my beliefs are not set in stone my views are still heavily influenced by christianity since that is the way I had grown up and all my friends and family profess a christian belief. Well this probably way too long already for this so I will leave you with that. Goodluck in your spiritual journey.

I believe that more than one religions followers will end up in heaven. It has do do with a person REALTIONSHIP with GOD not the what is written on the building they walk into each sunday morning. Why can a mormon and a christain and a catholic all have a experience with GOD?? because he loves us all. Because he cares of our relationship and our hearts longing for him. I know the catholic religion doesn't like to damn people to hell though sweety. Please when representing something like your religion do it with pride, people may stereotype all catholics now based on what you've just said. good luck on your journey sweety! Remember We share the same GOD, the same GOD who wants us to love our neighbors, and sisters and brothers or christianity.

When I was Christian, I found out when I was older that Protestants still hate Catholicism...and don't really know why. They assume Catholics worship Mary and other Saints when many of their customs and traditions are versions of the same.
I was disappointed when I first realized my imaginary friend (Jesus) was not real. But then I kept coming across all the hateful issues this deity has and that made the separation easier. I still kinda miss Santa, though.

Sounds like you have Christians and Catholics mixed in the same Jelly Jar.

True Christianity is as far from Catholicism and night and day. But your question could go for both.

You need to understand, that it is not Christianity you are disappointed with. It is the people that are respresenting Christianity that disappoint you. And me. And many. Unfortunately, we are not perfect, and some are far from it. Many have the prideful egotistical attitudes, and others are ignorant.

It's really not about people, but about God and His plan for your life. When you are able to get a personal, one on one relationship with Jesus Christ Himself, and not an "icon" that is far and distant from you, you will know first hand how that knowing Him makes all the others in this world fade away when it comes to love and care.

Read Acts 2:38 when you get a chance. This is the beginnings to becoming a "new creation in Christ". :)

Catholics are Christians - you just converted to a different denomination.

Don't worry about how other Christians live their lives - you have enough to worry about making sure yours pleases the Lord.

Catholics are christians and I do not become dissappointed in religions or proclaimed religious people. I do however watch my actions and words. And try to follow God's will to the best of my understanding.

You should go back to being Catholic, since Christianity isn't working out for you.

The sounds of Christians eviscerating one another is music to my ears.
