When I was jogging today I was doing fine, nothing hurt, my heart didn't feel like it was going to fall out of my chest....
Until I started getting very painful cramps (or something like that) in my lower stomach area. After I stopped moving and sat down for a minute, they disappeared.
At first I thought that maybe it was because I just ate, but then I remembered I hadn't eaten for almost 2 hours.
What can I do so that I don't get horrible cramps like these again?
And yeah, sorry for the weirdness of this question. :)

No, it isn't side-stitches...
Thanks you two, it probably is dehydration. I always loose track of when I drink. I'll be more carefull, now. Drinking water right now as I type.. :)
