Yes, some stores will but not all. I know Walmart does.

Did you mean cash back rewards on every dollar you spend? If so, you can apply for a cash back credit card. Most of the cash back credit cards gives you 1-5% cash back on every dollar you spend.

In my experience, the only card that would allow me to do that is the Costco card.
