WE are like a mustard seed in a big heap of the seeds. Our planet is also is nothing when viewed in the entire Galaxy. There are many groups of Planets going round many SUNs, and we are one such globe.

The entire creation, maintenance and destruction is a big project, built by a super power, as you said , GOD.
For your kind information, in this planet itself, in our body iyself , there are crores of DEVAS ands ASURAS too.
The Asuraas meaning DEVILS in your understanding are needed by us for building our bodies. It is they who construct our body and see that it is grown in the natural process. but if the Asura activity is not balanced by the Divine/spiritual art of Devas, then the interest will be more in building body alone, and less of intelligence and other spiritual activity.
We become more at TAMAS, in sleeping stage.

So there is no meaning and identification to DEVATWA if there is no ASURATWA. You can say a person a good one, only if you can see that he not bad on any count. If there is no BAD at all on this earth, you cannot say some person is good. These are relative terms.
You can see light only when darkness extinguishes. Yo u cannot see light when there is light around. Good and Bad, Divine and Devilish, intelligent and foolish, day and night, life and death are all one including other. Life follows death and vice versa.
So I hope you understood what devilish characters are verymuch with us and in us.

According to the record of heavenly activity we have in the Holy Scriptures, there is nothing to indicate that this is true. Every reference to Satan has him either in Heaven with Jehovah God, Jesus, and the angels, or down here on the earth. And according to the book of Revelation chapter 12, he has been confined to the earth for quite a while now, which no doubt would limit him being able to create another planet. Also, the scriptures limit the ability to create life exclusively to Jehovah God and through his son Jesus. Hope this answers your question. Sorry, but I'm not a big speculator. I go by what I read in the Bible.

Your premise if false.

God and the Devil don't exist. Our planet is inhabited with creatures who evolved through a natural process.

I am sure there is a planet that exists somewhere in the universe that has evil beings on it, but I highly doubt they were made by any god or devil.

No, because if you buy into that whole god/devil thing, then you must believe that satan is confined to the vicinity of the earth. He wouldn't have access to other planets.

Hmmm.

No, I believe that Leprechauns are responsible for the whole mess.

Nobody can prove me wrong, and I dare anyone to prove that Leprechauns don't exist.
