Absolutely, it is a good dieting tool. It has sugar, but they are all natural. I highly recommend starting meals with an apple. It is healthy and fills you up so you don't eat as much of your other food.

every month I do the same diet and it works. I only eat apples for 4 days straight and the other 3 days only vegtables (cooked and not cooked) ... I did it for 2 weeks straight and drank coffee, green tea, and water ... I lose so much weight. If you can get your self to do this than do it.. it really works... the first time I lost 10 lbs it was amazing. another great diet is... eat anything u want but drink lemon juice (lemon juice burns fat + calories) ... after doing all of these diets I was 180 lbs age 18 now im 19 and weigh 135 lbs. it is reqally amazing since I do not exercise AT ALL... no time

Of course fruit is good for dieting. It's natural. I'd rather have a130 calorie all-natural banana (or other fruit, most is around 100) than one of those chemicalized fake, gimmicky, 100 calorie snack packs. Like other fake foods, they probably contain corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, both of which are fake and man made. Yuck.

Low-calorie and high-fiber foods like fruits and vegetables are a key factor in dieting, your body will use "natural sugars" from fruits for energy and the fiber in vegetables will keep you regulated. Happy Dieting!
