This is easy.
Soft Corn tortillas.
Enchilada sauce
cheese
canned pinto beans

Fry the canned pinto beans in a fry pan while smashing them. Season with garlic powder. Add a cup of enchilada sauce and a cup of cheese to the beans. Take the tortillas and fill with mixture and place in baking dish. Once you've used all the beans, pour the rest of sauce over the wrapped enchiladas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes. Yummy.

It is 12:30 and 44 degrees with a stiff wind. Tonight it will be a steaming bowl of chili as I watch the north winds blow an array of colorful leaves past my window. Of course, I will sip a glass of Merlot and enjoy the warmth of my home.
Thank you for asking. If your were here, you could join me.

I cooked a corned beef brisket yesterday, so tonight is corned beef hash. I already have a couple potatoes baked and in the fridge. Some butter, onion, garlic, and just fry it up. I like mine with cheese melted on it. And a spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette and feta.

try this:

place split chicken breasts in baking dish

pour kraft roasted red pepper and parmesan italian dressing on top of chicken breast make sure you cover heavily

sprinkle with oregano and rosemary

cover dish with aluminum foil

bake for about an hour @425

this is easy and the chicken comes out very juicy and full of flavor.

oven baked potatoes, (so much better than microwaved)
and corn or green beans

Tuna bake most shops sell either a jar fo sauce or a packet that has what they want you to add.

The one I use you just add a tin of strained tuna and some cooked pasta, put it all in a baking dish pour the sauce over, mix through and (top with cheese, opitional) place in oven for 20-25 minutes.

MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!
