Justin -
That sucks, but realistically, you should be glad it happened.
If she was right there when the ex talked to you and she saw everything that DIDN'T happen......you didn't flirt, you didn't do anything, but answer a question........then this chick is WAY TOO JEALOUS AND HIGH MAINTENANCE!!!

Move on to someone who is mature enough to understand that sometimes in life.........people run across their exes and there is NO REASON to be mean.

Also, your "girlfriend" broke up with you and then is going to talk to another guy to make you jealous???? Are these REALLY games that you want to play?? I think not.

Teach her a lesson.........say okay if you want to be that immature.......whatever. Chances are she'll come running back and IF she doesn't it.........she wasn't worth it anyway.

Good luck, buddy.
Oh yah, I know this because I am a woman and I know how women think. She is being stupid......don't put up with it.

Ah, such is emotional development...while I'd say this is a common girl trait, I've seen it in both boys and girls. When guys are emotionally undeveloped, they may resort to physical violence against the gal. Unfortunately the girl who stays is also emotionally as troubled. Not healthy.

As for you, realize your girl is emotionally underdeveloped, much like a 3 year old throwing a hissy fit.....trying to make you jealous is just part of the childish behavior. You did nothing wrong, but if you want another shot at her, apologize. If she spurns you, tell her you don't play children's games and move on.

Some woman over dramatize the "don't talk to your ex" factor. She's trying to make it blatantly obvious that she doesn't want you having any contact w/ your ex, friendly or not. Women are very sensitive when it comes to ex girlfriends.
If you want to keep her let her know that no matter what she does your not going to like her any less. That you made a mistake by talking to your ex but it won't happen again. If she wants to be so stubborn and go so far as to dump you and try to make you jealous then that's her decision.

Move on. Do you really want someone who acts that immature? I mean if she was sitting right there and could hear everything said and nothing was out of line. Then you will just continue to have more problems down the road with her. Find someone who isn't so immature and childish. Good luck, best wishes.

You're girl is obviously way too immature and insecure, if she broke up with you just cause you answered a question for your ex thats just childish she has to be like 13 or something to do that, and if she's grown or close to it she has major issues, don't worry about her, move on

Reassure her she has no reason to be jealous and let her know that her reaction is immature and unnecessary and that if she can't trust you you can't build a relationship. It's ok to be jealous sometimes but her reaction was unnecessary. If she still wants to be broken up and thinks she is right, then say ok and walk away. You don't need that drama queen.

My first theory replaced into why do you care approximately your ex-husband's dating subject concerns? Why are you nevertheless possessing his subject concerns? Sounds to me you haven't any longer enable bypass of your ex although of course you have remarried and function tried to get on with your life. Your ex is jealous of you and is attempting to maintain you in his life because of the fact he knows he can. And he will as long as you enable him. decrease him off. you do no longer might desire to pay attention all of his subject concerns, and actually, you're no longer nevertheless telling your ex of YOUR problems, are you? i wish no longer. you have toddlers with him? keep your communicate constrained on your toddlers and merely well mannered civil communicate. do no longer take possession of his problems, otherwise, he will continually come lower back to you anticipating you to sparkling up them for him. Sorry - it particularly isn't any longer something you're able to do for him now! You 2 divorced for a reason, and now you're a remarried woman. stay that way.

It all seems pretty petty, maybe find a more mature girlfriend who is not so jealous.
It was just a question, it's ridiculous!
Let her try to make you jealous and in the meantime, find someone more mature.
