I have never tried spinach, tomato, or feta with my eggs. Actually, I've never tried feta. Is it good? What does it taste like?

Feta is a soft, fresh (not aged) cheese that can be made from cow's or sheep's milk, with a consistency a bit harder and more brittle than cream cheese--it crumbles rather than is spreadable. When you heat it, it becomes rubbery rather than melting. It has a kind of tangy, salty flavor--a little can go a long way. Most people really like it, but I'd say try just a little at first to taste. It is absolutely delicious with spinach and tomato in my opinion!

Feta is a Greek cheese that's tangy and salty. It goes so well with spinach, eggs, and tomato. Feta's also great in salads. A little does go a long way. I get the crumbles. In fact I just had feta last night on a spinach salad with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Feta has a very salty taste, but it's nice. The recipe sounds good to me.

I love feta. It is rich cheese, but not too strong. This is a great recipe!!! I make a similar version at home.

No, I don't like dishes like that. The eggs and tomato thing makes me a little sick to my stomach. However, I do like quiche.
