It sounds like you should ask her out! If she likes you, and you start dating, your nerves will calm down and you will be hungry again. You sound like a sweet guy, best of luck!

The fact that you both like each other makes a huge difference. You are obviously very nervous around her. You must really like her a lot and you probably aren't experience with relationships and girls, but that is OK. What you are experiencing is VERY normal. It is a common reaction when you are in a situation that makes you nervous. I bet you palms get sweaty and your heart beats a little faster as well. It's because you are nervous around her.
I would tell her you like her if you haven't already, and find out what she thinks of you. The hardest thing will be uttering the first few words, but once you ask she will open up. Chances are she is just too shy to say anything and is hoping you will.
Now, if you have already discussed this with her, then only thing I can say is that it will get easier with time. You will be more comfortable and you will be able to relax. A suppressed appetite is a symptom of adrenaline and nervousness. Just be yourself!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you!! You are very normal for reacting this way!

Sounds like you're nervous about making a good impression, or you are just so into her you can't think about food! If you are a little nervous, try eating popcorn at the movies. That way you are not looking at each other, but looking toward the screen. Order food in a restaurant that is easy and non-messy. No spaghetti!! If you start out slow you will be able to enjoy your meal and her company. Good luck!

you need to breathe man! haha. jk. No it's normal especially at first! When I think about going to eat with a guy I am really into, I think in my head.. well.. maybe we will skip right over that part and go bowling or something instead haha.
It's because you get the excitement, nervous, butterflies going in your stomach. Scientifically, I don't know what is going on your stomach when you have the butterflies but that's why I lose my appetite. You're not weird; it's normal. With time, it will get easier to relax around her and you will be able to start eating. :)

Make sure you are really looking through the menu and find something you like that you haven't had in a really long time, like spaghetti or a bacon cheeseburger or something. If you don't have the appetite for food, how about some coffee or a chocolate shake?
It sounds like you have feelings for her that you haven't revealed to her. Maybe you should talk to her. Once you've done that your appetite will return.

Take a chance. Ask her out as more than a friend. See where it goes. If you both like each other, then it should work out fine. I suggest you tell her this stuff! It will most likely turn out to your advantage! Good luck!

When someone is around someone they like... they get nervous, anxious, and act completely out of character. This can cause a loss of appetite. Nothing is wrong with you.

Just remember your beautiful! Eat what you want, when you want in moderation and you'll be fine.
If you are having problems eating infront of people - try to work on that and talk about it to people close to you. I'm sure your friend wants you to be healthly. There are many eating disorders - be careful and take care of yourself.

You are shy, infatuated, emotional, or fear dripping food down your chin. I'd suggest keeping your events food free until you are more comfortable around her. As long as this doesn't happen everytime you are in public with other people, then I'd just chalk this up to normal hormone/emotion problem that eases with time.
