ahhh!! I'm soo embarressed what shall i do?

Shall i go see my g.p or something cos it is really bad!! I have like 4 /6 on each finger :P

I eat enough fruit and veg soo I'm kinda confused..

help!!

Yeah, like someone already said, my first thought is you really need more calcium. It's usually a reaction of not enough milk. Try drinking 2 glasses of milk a day and see if that helps at all. I sometimes get those dots on my nails, but then I drink some milk each day and after about a week or so they go away. Give drinking 2 glasses of milk a day some time and see if it helps before going to see a doctor. :)

i heard it's caused by a zinc deficiency in your diet (also affects sense of smell) if you're eating lots of fruit and veg, it may not be the right ones. ask a doctor about it and see what any dietary suggestions are. further than that i don't really know. but calcium won't help your nails because they are made of protein (so is your hair) calcium is for the bones

This usually means a lack of calcium, you can get supplements if you are not to keen on milk...If you are really worried go to your GP

Yes, you should see your GP. you could be anaemic of suffering from a number of things that cause this flecking.
But it could just be a growing faze. Check it out.
