Their "LORD", Jehovah God.

The best available Greek manuscripts use the Greek term "kyrios" (English "lord") at 1 Corinthians 10:9. Here is that verse from several popular translations:

New American Standard Bible (©1995)
Nor let us try the Lord, as some of them did, and were destroyed by the serpents.

GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
We shouldn't put the Lord to the test as some of them did. They were killed by snakes.

American Standard Version
Neither let us make trial of the Lord, as some of them made trial, and perished by the serpents.

Bible in Basic English
And let us not put the Lord to the test, as some of them did, and came to their death by snakes.

English Revised Version
Neither let us tempt the Lord, as some of them tempted, and perished by the serpents.

Weymouth New Testament
And do not let us test the Lord too far, as some of them tested Him and were destroyed by the serpents.

World English Bible
Neither let us test the Lord, as some of them tested, and perished by the serpents.

Interestingly, there are FOUR ADDITIONAL translations which actually restore the divine name at that instance, using as support Deut 6:16, which literally includes the Tetragrammaton. For example, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures translates those Scriptures thusly:
...(1 Corinthians 10:9) Neither let us put Jehovah to the test, as some of them put him to the test, only to perish by the serpents.
...(Deuteronomy 6:16) You must not put Jehovah your God to the test

1 Corinthians 10:1-11,

2-4, "And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in
the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all
drink the same spiritual drink:::for they drank of that spiritual
Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ".

This is the Rock upon which the church is built. The Spiritual
Rock of revelation through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Deuteronomy 32:39, "See now that I, even I AM, he, and
there is no god with me".

This plainly says there is only ONE GOD and there is no
little g gods with him. Jesus is LORD!! He is not a god.

"The Lord," or "God."

Exodus 17

Then all the congregation of the children of Israel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the commandment of the Lord, and camped in Rephidim; but there was no water for the people to drink. Therefore the people contended with Moses, and said, "Give us water, that we may drink." And Moses said to them, "Why do you contend with me? Why do you tempt the Lord?" And the people thirsted there for water, and the people complained against Moses, and said, "Why is it you have brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?" So Moses cried out to the Lord, saying, "What shall I do with this people? They are almost ready to stone me!"
