You claim that God & religion were simply created by humans, for humans. Well,,,, isn't Darwin's theory also man made, for man in order to disavow the need for any divinity?
Is there not more proof of Intelligent design than for random creation and evolution?

there is no proof that substantiates the theory of ID! the bible does not count as evidence as it was written by men, for men!! "the church of Darwin" doesn't exist and we do not have to belong to a church to find his theory interesting or true. Darwin's theory is a theory, he worked out what was happening, how it was happening and why it was happening, there is no church just an explanation! a scientific explanation that holds more weight than the christian " God did it" theory !
why do you believe that Evolution is a religion, for it is not! that would be plane to see if you were not so susceptible to worshipping!! we do not all feel the need to 'worship' something.
religion has become a group of corporation's hellbent on making profit and dominating the conscience of it followers, they make sure that there is no way of letting logic and reason into the worshippers mind, it prevent you from asking the important questions and answers them for you, giving myth and lies as truth. the Christian faith does not even follow the word of Jesus! it is a representation of StPauls vision of what he interpreted as Christ word, thus Pauline vision became the backbone of modern Christianity, thus you don't praise Jesus, you praise Paul, think about it you will see I speak the truth! so who are you to try and belittle scientific fact.?

No, there is no proof or evidence for Intelligent Design, that's what the originator never published or proposed it to the scientific community. He did however publish a layman's book to it and made money off of the sales.
The theory of evolution is like other scientific theories. They are proposed as an hypothesis (which is what Darwin did in essence). The hypothesis is tested and evidence and supporting data is collected and published. As it stands now Evolution is accepted in the scientific community as a proven theory, just like the theory of relativity or theory of gravity.
Edit:
The difference between a scientific theory and a man made religion is that the theory has supporting, verified and reproducible data (evidence) while a religion has very little to none.
Edit 2:
Here is a link to valid science about Intelligent Design and other creationist fallacies.

The theory of evolution was thought up by man, but it is based on actual evidence. It makes predictions of what we should find in the universe and, so far, it has been accurate.
While god an religion were also thought up by man there is little to no evidence to support its positions, most of it's claims and predictions have been shown to be wrong.
No, ther is no evidence for intelligent design. All the arguments brought forward by the ID 'experts' at the Dover PA ID trial were totally debunked. In fact there are several incidences where it would take a Bloody Stupid Designer to end up with what we have now. Sickle cell anemia and it's effect of malaria resistance is a good example.

Yes, Darwin's theory was man made. However, it was not made in order to disavow the need for a divinity. Evolution is not contrary to the existence of God. That's proven by virtue of the vast majority of God-believing people that are perfectly fine with the theory of evolution.
Also, there isn't any proof for intelligent design. There is a lot of proof for evolution.

You are right that the darwinian theory was developed by man for man, but not that is was created to disavow the need for divinity.
The idea that Darwin came up with the theory of evolution so that he could participate in premarital sex guilt free, is a bit paranoid on the part of believers. And goes to show the lengths at which believers will stretch the truth to maintain belief and the persicution complex that they love so much.
There is no proof for intelligent design other than the existence of the earth, which is the same as stating that the existence of rainbows proves the existence of Leprechauns and buried pots of Gold.

1. There is no Church of Darwin.
2. Acceptance of evolution doesn't mean that you make claims about religion.
To answer your question, yes, Darwin's theory was man made, just like religion. Theories are man made in the realm of science. Religion is man made in the realm of myth. I choose the science side, but you have the right to choose the myth side.
Lastly, there is a lot of evidence for evolution, that is why it is a theory. There is no evidence for Intelligent design, therefor it is not a theory. It is a hypothesis at best.

I don't want to confuse you, but there is no "Church of Darwin."
What you're doing here is a rather common error arising out of the structure of thought as dictated by the neurobiology of the brain. You operate from an assumption that all people must really believe what you do, and in the same manner as you do.
Consequently, you assign the notion of "Church" to those who find that the theory of evolution is a reasonable explanation of how certain things came about.
Since there is no "Church of Darwin" there are no adherents to the doctrines of that church to "claim that God & religion were simply created by humans, for humans."
Glad to be of help.

One, no such thing as a Church of Darwin. I get where you're trying to go, but if you're going to do satire, do so with a bit more exposition. It only counts as humor if there is enough of a lead-in to the punchline.
Two. Of course any and all theories are man-made. The difference is that scientific theories don't claim to be anything other than that, i.e. divinely inspired. It wasn't created "in order" to do anything other than explain the natural world. There is NO agenda behind Darwinian Evolutionary Theory.

Are we the ones with blind faith? Where you there when something popped into existence from nothing and exploded? No, well do you see something pop into existence from nothing today? Were you there when non-living matter gave rise to life? No, well do you see non-living matter giving rise to life today? Where you there when single-celled organisms gave rise to many-celled organisms, when invertebrates gave rise to vertebrates, when ape-like creatures gave rise to man? No, well do you see it happening today? You have to believe that matter came into existence by itself and then arranged itself into information systems by blind chance. That is what goes against real science.
As Dr. Jonathan Sarfati says, we need to quit calling evolution a theory; that is giving it too much credit. “Goo to you” evolution is an unsubstantiated hypothesis or conjecture, not a theory.
Swedish biologist Soren Lovtrup made an interesting statement: “I suppose that nobody will deny that it is a great misfortune if an entire branch of science becomes addicted to a false theory. But this is what has happened in biology...I believe that one day the Darwinian myth will be ranked the greatest deceit in the history of science. When this happens, many people will pose the question: How did this ever happen?”
So why do so many people believe in evolution? It’s simple, most people believe what they want to believe and they don’t want there to be a God. You see, if God created us, then He also owns us. If He owns us, then He has a right to set the rules by which we must live. If He has set the rules by which we must live, then we are accountable to Him. They don’t want to be accountable to God; they don’t want to be controlled. And so, it is their desire to explain the origin of everything without a Creator at all costs; they MUST believe in evolution. Evolutionism then, is intrinsically an atheistic religion—the religion of secular humanism.

there's a church of darwin? Interesting. Do they have a website.
Also you do realise that outside of the US most theists agree with evolution right? They don't have any problem combining the two
and I know that my atheism isn't based on whether or not the ToE is right or wrong.
