I have always been healthy even though I am over weight. I have been trying to loose weight but instead I gain. This never happened to me before either.

I don't wanna be a big baby, but I'm only 29, I'm freaking out.

Blood plasma glucose levels are generally maintained within a range of 70-140 mg/dL (3.9-7.8 mmol/L) for healthy humans.[1] Although 60 or 70 mg/dL (3.3 or 3.9 mmol/L) is commonly cited as the lower limit of normal glucose, different values (typically below 40, 50, 60, or 70 mg/dL) have been defined as low for different populations, clinical purposes, or circumstances.
Your systolic blood pressure is high. It is can be considered as Stage 2 Hypertension. The underlying cause for systolic hypertension should be found out and treatment made.

this is called hypoglacemia. This means your blood sugar has dropped dramatically. You do need to see a doctor, however to get your blood sugar up quickly, you should drink a full glass of orange juice. Organge juice has exactly what you need in it to get that blood sugar back up to what it is supposed to be. Make sure that you always take some candy of some type with you such as peppermint etc in case you have this happens when you are away from home. The reason you feel so bad is the low blood sugar.....After you drink the juice , continue taking your blood sugar until it is up to 110 or so. GO to the E.R if you cant get it back up there

Who checked your blood sugar? Does someone in the house have a glucometer?

47 is low. To boost your blood glucose quickly, use a simple sugar (simple carbohydrate). This could be candy, cookies or fruit juice. Apple juice has more sugars than orange juice and prune juice has more sugars than apple juice.

And your blood pressure is too high. The American Heart Association now considers a normal B/P to be less than 120/80. Keep a record of the dates and times you check your B/P. Don't check it at the same time everyday, alternate taking it morning, mid-day and evening. When you see your doctor for your post-test follow up, take this B/P record with you and show it to him. To help you maintain blood sugar levels overnight and avoid a morning low, have a bedtime snack. It can be a turkey, chicken or peanut butter sandwich, something with bread (carb) & protein. Add a glass of milk.

Try not to be scared. You can handle this. You will face it with courage and style.

Fasting blood glucose levels below 50 indicate hypoglycemia. This could easily account for your feelings of fatigue. Combined with the elevated blood pressures, it is a good thing you are going for testing. Good luck!
