Yet there is no record of him ever been tempted by sex as though he was not fully human. How can this be believed then that he understands sex as he said:
"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart"
Giving us impossible tasks to fulfill like a man going his whole life without ever having a lustful thought.

To answer your question about Jesus, I have to say that he was simply a carpenter's son who probably lived very much like his parents and their parents did. Only a small portion of his life is recorded in the Bible. He may have been married - hence the no sin part - because that's what people did in those days. The Bible never mentions a wife or a lack thereof. The Bible is a guidebook to a God-filled life not a blow by blow account of every single thing that Jesus ever did. I am sure that he bargained with shopowners, worked with his father (on earth) doing carpentry, went to parties, used the bathroom and many other things that every other human on the planet does.
To sum up my point about what is and isn't in the Bible. I have never seen kangaroos mentioned in the Bible and yet I know that they exist.

I really believe He actually was tempted, simply because He was fully human. But the only difference between Him and us is that we are too weak sometimes and give in to temptation (which He forgives us for). He, on the other hand, resisted completely because He was fully God as well.
For a Christian, there is nothing wrong with being tempted. And, believe it or not, there is nothing wrong with a lustful thought going through your head. You're only sinning when you willingly and mentally feed those thoughts continuously and act on them.

God knows we will get it wrong and sin. Your job is to submit whether you sin or not eventually lust will go but it is a battle.
