i am 5'4 and about 235 lbs im on disibility and medicaid thinking about lapband or gastrobypass surgery are there any places that take medicaid in richmond virginia

Why should i pay for your weightloss surgery? Stop eating so much, get off your lazy behind, get a job, pay for insurance, and then get the surgery...people like you are the reason we cant afford to provide health coverage to everyone. Youre lazy, so its MY responsibility to pay for your fatass to get surgery????

call lots of doctors and hospitals to find out who accepts medicaid and who dont but most hospitals should accept it because medicaid is a nationally participating and recognized program. also call the medicaid office which should be the first step to see what and who covers/accpets this.
