1) There's a recipe on the box of Bisquick called
Impossible Cheesburger Pie.

I just substitue the ground beef w/ sausage and make it for breakfast. It's a good change up. This is great served up w/ hashbrowns.

2) Sometimes as a treat I will fry up country ham instead of the usual sausage or bacon.

3) French toast is always a special treat at our house. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. Would be good w/ any of #2. A big glass of milk w/ this one is good.

4) Biscuit doughnuts. Take a can of biscuts and make a hole in the middle (you can actually buy a tool for this). Drop the "doughnut" and the "hole" in hot oil until browned. Immediately drop into a bag or container w/ a cinnamon/suagr mix and shake up. These are so good. Sometimes I make a powdered sugar glaze too. Tastes kind of like Krispy Kremes! #2 would be good w/ this... plus a big glass of milk!!

4) Pigs in a blanket. Not just an appetizer. They are great for breakfast too. Would be good served up w/ #5.

5) Hashbrown casseroles are always good. You can do them like Waffle House , scattered, smothered, chunked.... you get the idea.

6) Breakfast burritos. Brown sausage, add scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, sour cream, diced hash brown potatoes. Roll up in a warmed tortilla Would be good w/ #5.

Yes, this is a very bad idea. The food is in your stomach for up to 3 or 4 hours depending on what you ate and your digestive system. Eat after training, including protein, you can have a light snack, such as oatmeal before running, but not a big breakfast.

Try a good old "Full English Breakfast". Two fried eggs, a couple of rashers of bacon, two sausages, beans, button mushrooms, a grilled tomato, a couple of slices of black pudding, a slice of fried bread (fried in the bacon juice), a slice of buttered toast, two slices of bread and butter and a pint of tea ( or coffee). If you feel hungry, you can always have a bowl of cereals to start with.

For a simple breakfast, Scrambled Eggs on Toast, Poached Eggs on Toast, Fried Eggs on Toast. Add some finely chopped onion and some chopped chilli to it for a bit of excitement.

Porridge! When you cook the oats, cook them with 75% milk to 25% water. Add a little salt and a bit more sugar for taste. If you cook loads, you can use the excess as a cold dessert for later. Just slice as much as you want and eat when you want. You can also reheat the cold porridge for breakfast on the following day. With porridge, nothing is wasted.

I just eat Special K cereal and a cup of coffee, or sometimes I make a hot breakfast if I have company over:

Cup of Orange Juice
Pancakes or French Toast (there are TONS of various recipes for both of these items, mix it up!)
Lean Bacon or Turkey Bacon
Scrambled Eggs with a little shredded cheese on top.
Or if you don't want to cook, they sell a ton of breakfast sandwiches you just heat and serve at home. :)

Usually people eat scrambled eggs, or fruits, pancakes, waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, sunny side up, fast food, coffee, etc. But some people have a huge breakfast and have all of these in a morning.

1)cube steak, homemade gravy, fried eggs or scrambled, biscuits, and fried potatoes.

2)cocoa gravy and biscuits

3)sausage and gravy and buscuits with or without eggs

4) rice or oatmeal, biscuits, sausage or bacon

5) bacon and biscuits

6) BLT's

7) ham, hash browns, eggs, red eye gravy and homemade biscuits

Sometimes just a mixture of different things. Almost anything works. My children love cold cereal or omeletes, french toast or anything like that the possibilities are endless.
