I beleive this person to be conducting illegal activities with children and I take these matters very seriously. Yahoo and the authorities should check this out immediately to insure it is not a joke.
Please help me notify someone in charge.

Forget Yahoo...call the police, period. They will determine if your suspicions are founded. Yahoo will not do anything about suspicions if nothing illegal has actually occured. However, if the police feel your concern is justified, they can investigate further, contact the person by email, possibly get them in a sting or, if it is found they have violated the law, they can supeona Yahoo for whatever records they have on the person.

In fact, contacting Yahoo could get the person's account suspended and make it very hard to find them.

Explain exactly what you think is going on, and why you think what you think. Yahoo not only investigates, but turns over to the proper authorities any suspiscion of illegal activity.

Most police depts. have a cyber crimes division. Call your local police, and make a report. Most likely an officer will come out to talk to you.

First try calling Yahoo and if that doesn't work, call the FBI and tell them you think Yahoo is shielding this person.

Start with your local police. They will contact any other agency needed to investigate the case.
