I wouldn't put all my stock in it. It depends on what the issue is and what hints there are when the person is sober.

you cant tell. they could either just be drunk and be an *** and not their true self because alcohol can really change people into another person. but sometimes they speak the truth, when they are desperate for you to know only.

It is true but when they are drunk or tipsy, they are less guarded and more likely to have the balls to say it.

Probably a lie because they got a good buzz and would rather say something to get a desired reaction than tell the truth.
