However, cameras in the United States is much cheaper than the Canada. Is it possible to buy in an online store and shipping in Canada? Is there any fee? Is it secure?

Hey people, I just forgot to say that, I'm currently living in Brazil and cameras here are so expensive. And it will not be possible for me travelling to USA.
That's the exactly model that I'm looking for: PANASONIC DMC-FZ18 (Super Zoom)
Prices in Canada: about $550 CAN
Prices in US: about $400 US

Thanks for all answers!

Are you living in the US? Why would you go through all the hastle of buying it here if it's cheaper there. The dollar isn't too bad these days so I am sure if wouldn't make much of a difference compare to if you have to pay for shipping and handling. There are alot of ligit stores here in Canada where you can buy it. Such as Futureshop, Bestbuy etc.

Odd plan, IMO. Why would you buy a camera you're unfamiliar with when you could buy it now and learn to use it before you go to Canada? Why would you want to pay more for it in Canada? If you're worried about taking it over the border just have the receipt with you.
