i want to buy an airline ticket, and i only have the cash and the money, but i do not have an id nor a drivers license, oh yea and im buying it personal at a travel agency at my town

so do i need more than a `passport and money ?

Nope. That's it. You don't even need the passport to purchase it; just to get on the plane.

Ask the travel agent. Your passport will be sufficient ID- I've travelled internationally and was never asked for anything other than that. But as far as cash, some airlines require a credit card purchase, but you should be able to purchase the ticket through a travel agent with cash.

I Know you need a license to fly in the U.S and if you go out of the country you need a passport. I would say no cause they need to verify who you are to buy the ticket.???Hope that helps. I would call the travel agency and ask before you waste time going down there. Have fun travels!

anyone can buy a ticket -- you don't need id....

you need id &/or passport to get on the plane

No passport will do as long as it looks like you. no other ID is required.
