Dogs can get into this habit so the easiest ways to cure her are:
1. Clean it up immediately. This is a good practice anyway as it is full of bacteria.
2. Look at her food and see if she is eating enough of a good, high quality food.
3. Add roughage, freshness and bulk to her diet.
4. See if she is getting enough exercise and if she has enough toys and chews and other things of interest in her environment.
You can get things to put in her food but I this is such an easy habit to fix that I don't think it pays to mess with her insides just to get rid of this behavior.
Add greens to her diet which are good for her in many other ways as well.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://bitly.im/aMUnp
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Roll a newspaper and hold in your left hand, take the dogs nose close to the poop and hit the newspaper on ground or nearby wall to create a slapping sound. The dog will learn that poop is not approved by you.

You might not be feeding her enough. Try to give her a little more food.
If that doesn't work, (I know this is gross) put hot sauce on the poop right after she makes it outside. She'll get one taste of that hot sauce and she'll go crazy. Keep this up for as long as it takes.
It worked for my dog, she only tried to eat poop twice. Hasn't done it again.

most dogs do eat their own poop. but you can prevent this by trying to keep your yard clear of poop that way she wont even think about it cuz its not there. but if she does try to eat her poop. you say in a stern voice NO! and take the poop away and give her something elso to eat. and when she listens give her a treat

When you let her out to poop, stay in the area with her or call her in as oon as she has done it, then go outside and clean it up asap. That way she won't be able to eat it.

There's some tablets that you can give the dog to deter this behavior. Talk to your vet.
Also, you can discipline the dog to teach it not to do that. Tell her a firm "no." Hopefully she'll learn that's not "proper" behavior.
Good luck!
