I'm trying to convey the true meaning of Christmas to my non-Christian friends. Any ideas?

I would like to share with you what the Holy Spirit who we talk to said regarding the true meaning of Christmas.

He said: “We have to celebrate Christmas because that is the very first day given to us so that we will have true peace. However, when is true Christmas? Whenever that is, whichever is the correct date, even if the date when the world celebrate it is wrong, because the spirit is for the true Savior or the Covenant of God, my heart is still glad. And your hearts should be glad as well.

“The truth is many people do not have Christmas. There are many people who do not have Christmas. Let your hearts be glad because you have Christmas. And in your gladness, let others be glad as well. Even to those who somehow have Christmas. Even to those who somehow have gladness.”

He asked, “What does Christmas mean?”

Marcial Aguila answered, “It is peace, Father.”

He said, “Peace, my children. That is why I said that you are fortunate and you have Christmas. However, many people do not have Christmas because they do not have peace.”

“Now, you have Christmas. Will you ask Me why now is Christmas? You have peace at this moment. And here with you is the one born at Christmas. Together with you is the one born at Christmas. That is why, now in you, is Christmas. Therefore, if everyday and every time, God is in your heart, in our heart, everyday, all the time, is Christmas.

“Therefore, there is no time that is not Christmas to a person who do not forget God in himself. Because God is peace. It is with God that peace can be achieved. And if you will not lose God from your heart, peace will always be with you and there is no time for anyone who has this personality that is not Christmas. So, my children, do not just keep it to yourselves. Share it to others.”

The above is what the Holy Spirit said. The complete transcription is found in the Web Page below in Source.

The Holy Spirit revealed that Jesus was born on May 23. I first heard this date in 1983. I only checked it out if it is correct from 2004 to 2006. I found the revelation to be true and correct. The year is 33 BC. Results of the study are found in the Web Page below.

Christmas is a non-biblical celebration, and an excuse to purchase worthless gifts for each other. In no way does any of the Christmas "traditions" honor Jesus. The only 'good' thing about Christmas is at least once a year the world acknowledges that they have a Savior.

The Bible says to remember Jesus' death at Passover time, and most Christians refuse to even do that. Instead, they observe another pagan holiday called Easter.

Would some one please tell me what "santa" and the "easter bunny" have to with being a Christian? One of the reasons I left organized "churchanity" is because they will not follow the Bible. So tell your non-Christians friends the truth... Christmas is a man-made holiday to make merchants rich, and to make people "feel" good.

Christmas, as is, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ (even though he wasn't technically born in December according to the Bible, that's the date the church picked out as the celebration date). Christmas does have it's origins in the Yule celebration, however, Christmas alone is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Many Christian holidays have their origins in much more ancient earlier celebrations of pagan religions. The True Meaning has more to do with an individual perception, such as for me, it has to do with a time to spend with family, spreading the ideals of giving to the less fortunate and sharing. The basis for these beliefs come from my Christian background, and from the way my family has always celebrated Christmas.

Christ Mass. A meal with Jesus Christ.

This year we can again wish others 'Merry Christmas' & Remember that Jesus came to earth as a babe in a manger. That there was a bright star that drew 3 wise men to the manger. And that they brought valuable gifts to the baby King if Israel. The star was a sign that the King was born.

And you can purchase the book 'The case for Christmas' for $2.49 or if you buy 10 or more, $1.99 each at http://www.christianbook.com or call 1-800-Christian. The number for the book is WF54762. This might be a good Christmas gift also.

Well, good luck with that.

It's a pagan ritual to begin with. 'Christ' was never in 'Christmas'.

Why would you even consider conveying the "True Meaning of Christmas" when Jesus said to convey Him? When did Jesus say, "Take this pagan holiday, make it Christian, and then preach it as being Christian"?

NO!

He said to preach the Gospel. THE GOSPEL! PREACH CHRIST CRUCIFIED!!!

Stop being swayed by the enemy!

For me it's not Christmas, it's the 12 days of Yule.
It's about family and thanks for the year and hopes for a bountiful new year. It's also a bout lights and trees and eggnog and roast beef (I always make it in the winter for the cold) and songs and family and home and hearth and the yule log and parties.
There is alot more that faith SHARE that time of year then DIFFER.

The true meaning of christmas is some catholic decided because the heathens were already celebrating some heathen festival why not call it christmas to celebrate the birth of our LORD. Then transferred all the heathen traditions to celebrate the birth of our LORD. Remember Christ told us to remember HIS death and RESURRECTION, never did HE say to remember HIS birth.

For me, Christmas is a time when everyone takes a break from their lives and spend a day with their family.

Christmas has become a commercial holiday, but it is still and will always be a celebration of the birth of Christ. Tell your friends that. If they are non believers then that is their problem.
