Twice I've drunk a fly. Once in coke - he was very carmalized, and the other day in coffee.
I'm sick just thinking about it. those microbes.. omg eeww

My (now ex) husband and I were sitting around with my brother in law drinking beers. He chewed. I was talking and reached for the wrong can. IT WAS HIS SPIT CAN! I had to run to the bathroom and throw up.

Once I was hanging out with my brother at home and we were talking and drinking wine and I took a sip and I felt something that shouldn't be there in my mouth so I spit out the entire sip on the floor and it was a fly....my brother says the look on my face was priceless, I on the other hand had a different opinion. :)
Having diner at a mexican restaurant in Times Square a few years back my girlfriend and I ordered margaritas on the rocks and sitting right on top of her drink was a pretty large cockroach. Luckily she didn't drink any and we just got up and left. gross!!

Under FDA rules a certain amount of "biomatter" is allowed to pass through the production line. I've never drank anything like you're pointing out, but I remember one of my science teachers bringing in a "rat flake" he found in his Raisin Bran.

OMG yes,
i was partying on a boat in san diego having a great time, i reached down for my cocktail and took a sip without looking, only to discover some no mind had put out a cigarette in it.

One time we were in a restaurant and I was drinking something clear.. I think Sprite.. anyway I saw something dark in my drink but I couldn't fish it out of the glass; finally we realized it was a fly frozen into an ice cube. SICK!!!!!!!!!!

My cousin handed me her cup of water and I started to drink it and when I looked in the cup her gum and back wash was floating in the cup I immediateley started vomiting
