Although there is not 100% agreement on the precise list of the 613 (there are some slight discrepancies in the way some lists divide related or overlapping mitzvot), there is complete agreement that there are 613 mitzvot.

It's over 600 - I think 613 but I can't remember. The Mosaic laws!

It wasn`t just the known 613 that they had that caused hardship to the poor and uneducated but also the sactimonious attitude towards the lower classes that kept them subdued,kinda like those religious cults that CJ and his cronies belong to.
