Then why were gods laws writen to a specific time period?
god, in the ultimate definition of what a god should be, alpha and omega, beginning and end, he transends all time, as he created this universe. So, he knows what has happened, and what will happen. Why were laws written that only related to a specific time period that he would later have to invalidate and contradict. As an all knowing super being, it would be logical to have laws based upon timless qualities, such as love, forgivness, dont kill, those laws are timeless, and yes, they do exist, but others are specific to the time when the bible was written. Christians say all the time that this or that law is no longer valid because of this or that reason. As an all powerful god that transends time, this is not a logical argument. All laws that god created should be for all time, because he would know the hearts of man 1000 years from now even, whats the purpose of a book, you have to change every 500 years

You must know that God is not "all knowing", but he is also sovereign and that he makes the rules as he plays the game so the time factor is irrelevant. He is under no obligation to stick to any of his rules or commandmends. For instance, we are getting closer to the Christmas season and the same old story is told all over again. Nobody stops to read the real meaning of Christmas in he Bible because it changed with time to make it more gulliable...
The 3 pagan astrologers, star gazers, magi (magick men) or what have you who came to pay homage to the baby Jesus Christ were Heathen practitioners of a cult that in Biblical Israel carried the death by stoning sentence when caught. But in this case these star gazers were "wise". They were looking for Jesus in the stars. They were very stupid, too! They came from a distant country in a camel caravan all the way to Judea to the Royal Palace of King Herod the Roman client King of the Jews (not a legit descendant of King David) to ask him candidly, "where is the newborn king of the Jews?... for we have seen his star in the East and so on... (BTW, this newborn king is the Son of David and he is going to kick your a.s.s and become the rightful king of the Jews!)" It is like some foreign dignataries coming to the White House today asking Bush, "where is Hillary Clinton the new President of the USA?"
God had to wise the kingly wise men up in a dream (ATT was not operating then). He told them not to go back to King Herod, but to sneak out of Judea without telling anybody just like some sort of smugglers (God knows best!) Never mind that they gave King Herod their word of honor to return to see him before leaving (Christian Ethics 101). King Herod got mad and send his troops with a royal order to exterminate every single Jewish baby boy of under 2 years of age. The mothers were so upset that they "refused to be comforted!" (Matthew 2:18) God comes up in a dream to Saint Joseph and tells him to take the baby Jesus Christ and to flee to the forbidden land of Egypt.
Jeremiah 42:18-19 (NIV) This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: 'As my anger and wrath have been poured out on those who lived in Jerusalem, so will my wrath be poured out on you when you go to Egypt. You will be an object of cursing and horror, of condemnation and reproach; you will never see this place again.' "O remnant of Judah, the LORD has told you, 'Do not go to Egypt.' Be sure of this: I warn you today
So when King Herod is exterminating all the Jewish baby boys under 2 years of age it is OK to flee to Egypt! (Bible Ethics 101).
God said that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. A lot of innocent blood was shed at the birth of Jesus Christ! If it weren't for Santa Klaus, Christmas would have been a celebration of bloody gory slaughter of Jewish babies while the boy Jesus Christ managed to sneak out to Egypt (good country Egypt). Saint Joseph was very lucky to get instructions in a dream to flee to Egypt to protect the baby Jesus! So as a good Christian you need to be alert to this kind of dreams, too!
All this is delivered to Christianity courtesy of the 3 Wise Kings from the East, the realm of Lucifer the Morning Star (Isa. 14:12). Of course, Jesus Christ claims to be the true "morning star", too (they must be twins). The Bible writers were not consulting with each other and created a lot of "difficulties" in the "inerrant Word of God" (another class at any decent Bible Institute). So you have to be extremely careful how you interpret the Bible to make it look good in spite of all the bloody gory stories... especially if the bread on your table depends on it. They say that a sucker is born at every second, so you're OK... I guess.
So, yes God has plan for each individual human being and he is allowed to make the rules as we all play the game so he always win! Praise The LORD!

The only laws are those of the 10 commandments and these laws all span the time of life, forever and eternity.
And the bible, well it's a book and without a true spiritual writer that has been given the text by god then it too shall remain the same.
This book is only a summary of the beginning and the creation and doesn't give us the time of the end only the action for the end, so perhaps the all knowing has givin us the power of preventing the end by giving us the knowledge to stop end times.
And if the bible need to be added to or updated for the times then who is to do it but one of god's children, and we all know that when this happens the great debate starts again, if someone write another testament who is going to belive that this person is the one and only chosen by god, there will be doubters and people in disbelief but what makes it true?
I think that everyone has not yet learned the real meaning of the bible, and that is that its a series of short stories that were designed to show the faults of god and why the commandments were written, and why we as people must make laws to prevent these things to happen to us. But you can already see that we have failed miserably at gods words.
No mixed couples, no gay relationships or marriages, capital punishment, so how is it that a civil society with such strong beliefs in GOD can go against his word and teaching.

The laws were not written by God, but by humans. One cannot say that the humans who wrote it have not seen the truth, or God , as we call it. But , the creators of religion in this world , have either not seen the entire truth, or felt that the rest of the world is not ready for the entire truth at that point in time. As human kind matures, certain portions of the truth which was revealed ages ago, may appear to be false - just as the case of the blindfolded man, who touched the tail of an elephant and swore that it was a snake. Which is why rules written by enlightened ones ages ago may need to be corrected, over time. But a time will come - maybe eons later - when a majority of mankind would have comprehended the Truth, on in simpler terms, seen God.

If you read the Bible, God has often given specific "laws" for specific times and situations. For example, Noah is the only person who he commanded to build an ark. Or Adam and Eve were the only ones commanded not eat from a certain tree. As God as a specific plan for each person, he is going to have specific laws and commandments for that person in addition to the timeless laws. That only makes sense.
God also has specific laws that apply to certain groups of people or to certain time periods. For example, knowing that slavery would be a common practice until the late 1800's AD, (roughly 99% of human history so far), he gave commandments on how to survive in a society where slavery existed. Should God have dropped such laws because there would be one century of human history in which little slavery would exist? Of course not.
When you get into the Mosaic Laws (the ones that Christians no longer follow), if you actual read your Bible you will discover that it is 1/3 of the way through human history before those laws are even given. Then they were given to only 1 group of people on earth, the Jews. The Egyptians were not commanded to keep them. The Europeans were not commanded to keep them. The Chinese were not commanded to keep them. They were given to only one race - the Jews.
Again if you read the Bible, it explains that those laws were given as a picture of who Jesus would be and what he would do. In the different sacrifices, feast, holidays and offerings are presenting all the events of Jesus' life, death and resurrection. They were given so that people would be able to recognize him when he came.
Jesus himself stated that he had come to fulfill those laws. Once he had done, their purpose was over, and they were no longer needed to point to him. Instead, he replaced them with other rituals which look back to his death and resurrection instead. The best known of those are communion and baptism.
Try actually reading the book some time. As you stated, God has a plan for the world. That implies that it things are going to change over time. So it is only logical that his plan would have things in it designed specifically for each step of the plan.
Try reading the New Testament book of Hebrews sometime. It explains the difference convenants that God has made over the centuries with different people, and why the Mosaic Rituals are no longer needed to point to Jesus.
When you actual read all of the Book, you will find that it has all of the answers.

God is all knowing and the Beginning and the End. I certainly believe that any law is open for interpretation and as your question makes a very valid point, why do we even have evilness at all? Why was not Jesus Christ around from the beginning. Why cannot God just zap Satan and things will be ok? Unfortunately, God has given us freedom to make choices and that includes his Angels of which we know Satan was one at one time. However, with this freedom of choice comes bad decsions and fortunately the ramifications from those decsions change over time. The decision to worship and praise his name is yours and mine. Does he know what we are going to do? Yes. Does he influence our lives? Yes. Then his laws are based on a principle and really do not change. Because Man makes choices, he changes,

Umm.. Depending on what you believe to be God. We are all born with the ability to know right and wrong. We are not born with knowledge of the bible or god. Its something we are taught. Personally I think the bible is ridiculous. Why are you worried about these "laws" 1000 years from now anyway?

Whether or not God exists in time or is changeless, we nevertheless do live in time, and our circumstances do change.
Not all of the laws given to Israel were for moral reasons. There were laws based on morality, but there were also laws that were made for practical considerations, and laws that were made for the purpose of creating a national identity. Morality, of course, does not change, because morality is based on God's nature. His nature is the standard of good by which good and evil are distinguished.
But laws made for these other reasons are subject to change with the times, places, cultures, and circumstances.
