The Dutch word "kus" means "kiss" in English. I don't know why only the 'k' and 'u' are capitalized, but I know for a fact that "kus" means "kiss."

In English, girls sometimes say things like "kisses," "xoxo," or something like that. That's similar to Dutch people writing "kus" at the end of a letter.

If I were you I'd write back to the girl, but first of all learn to write correct English:
*sentences start with a capital letter
*proper nouns like "Dutch" and "English" should be capitalised
*"sum" is a noun meaning "an amount of money", whereas the adjective is spelt "some"
*"sais" doesn't exist in English, but "says" does
*sentences end with a full stop.
There's no doubt she'll appreciate it, because sloppy writing like that shows you've got no respect for the other person. Then, finally, send her a "kus" right back: it means "kiss".
