no ccj's or anything but i have missed payments and find it hard to get anpther loan but i need to get this quiet badly within the next 3-4 weeks any help what companys are good i dont like set up fee's pointless

Why should a person lend you $9000 dollars? You say your credit is bad. Therefore, you must have messed up a prior loan. You do not say what you need the $9000 for. It could be to make a payment to another outstanding loan. You do not offer anything up as collateral. You also demand that there are no fees involved. Let me guess, you also want an extremely low interest rate. Oh and you want the money fast as well.
Anyone who will give you a loan will have fees. They will have a large interest rate. They will have some pretty horrible terms in there are well. They might even want something as collateral. You do not need to be doing business with people like this.
It sounds like you have a credit addiction and you need to learn a lot about how credit works and about personal finance. Go to the library and find books about personal finance. Do some looking and you might be able to find a non-profit group that gives classes on personal finance. You should definately do that before you ever ask for a loan again.

Banks. Try them. Although they give crazy percentages/rates. Always get a fixed one so that you pay the same even if the percents go up. People dont get that. But with bad credit they will give u a high percent and high payments.

Nobody gives you a loan because you need it. They give you a loan because they think you're going to pay it back, in full, and on time.
You admit that you don't do that. In fact, you're ********* about paying fees without which lenders find making a loan to be unprofitable.
So forget about the loan. *Sell* something.

too bad. Bad credit means you deserve set up fees, high rates, etc.
Maybe you should stop spending instead.

i don't know but.. if someone had a reputable loan business, i would think they had a reputable e-mail address with a domain logo and business e-mail address...
if you take this loan, you are doing what you originally got yourself into ....
