Ok so Im really into this girl for ages then this girls closest friend tells me shes into me aswell, so I asked her out and now she is "thinking about it" what does this mean exactly and do you think she will say yes?

if she has to think about it then she obviously doesn't like you enough, forget it, her friend is playing a mean prank.

It means she's thinking about the possibilities going out with you might engender. What if she does, and then doesn't like you for some reason? What if she does, and likes you, but not romantically? What if she does, finds you romantically attractive--then what? And you're hung up on her, but have no real reason to be, yet. What does that say about you? Age could be a factor, but since I don't know how old either of you is, I'll assume neither of you is 18 or older.

Aw..she does not want to seem to eager although her tummy is doing double takes!! Do not let this girl lead you by the nose!! She could be playing hard to get as well by saying she think about it and 'giggle giggle nudge nudge' to her mates about you..as her girlfriend told you how she (the girl you fancy) feels about you! Move on mate..if she was interested..she will not say that she will think about it..she is either playing you and making u look desperate and a joke..There are other girls out there who you can date...then this time..make her wait!! I agree with John S. When you ask, have a day and event planned out. If she doesn't respond with a yes or a good excuse ( like she has to go out of town for a wedding so she can't see you) then drop it. You should not look like you begging her for some time together. That's game playing.

If she has to think about it, then she is not that into you, or there is something holding her back...either she is shy and nervous, or maybe wanting to go out with someone else, or maybe just unsure of her feeling for you. Dont communicate through friends, go directly to her and tell her how you feel, and in turn, find out for yourself how she feels. And be honest...thats always a key!

Well she obviously likes you otherwise she would have said no! She is prob thinking of all the pros and cons of dating you before she has a final answer. Once she has decided she will tell you. You should respect her for her honesty though rather then say yes straight away and then think that she doesnt want to !

if she has not said yes, upon the time she was asked. that might mean she is working on an ulterior motive, selfish in the negative, insecure about making decisions on her own and waiting on her peers for suggestions or just not into you and wants to keep you dangling for other options.

From a girls point of view, don't bother hun, a girl shouldn't have to think about anything if she really likes you then she will take risks to be with you there isn't really anything to think about. Good luck anyway x

Maybe she is trying you to see how strong the attraction is, or how strong your love for her is.
Be careful. Don't just step on thin ice. Sometimes women like to play little games and we many times fall into that and when we find out it may be too late.
