If you are going to refuse answers that you disagree with then there is no point to even answering nor is there even any point in you asking in the first place if you are already set your mind to be biased against certain answers just because you disagree with it.
Why bother then ?

Free from the bondage of sin and death.
Jesus said it in John 8:32
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
He is the Christ. Act 18:28
For he vigorously refuted the Jews in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.

Free from the bondage of sin and death. There is a lie and a liar and this interrupts our connection to Life. Truth is the only way to stay connected to the Source of Life. A lie is an attack on creation and every living thing. A lie subverts the interface between the mind and the creation. It is deadly.

It is funny you quote a statement of Christ but disallow His Name. Oops I said it anyway.

From having to cover your *** all the time and keep remembering what it was you lied about. Telling the truth and being honest is just an easier way to live, no matter what faith or lack thereof you follow.

A lot of things keep us captive.....sin, religion, drugs, alcohol, porn, etc. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!

Reality.

"Truth" is simply a word used to impose your opinions on other people. When each caters to their own experience alone, there is no need for such things.
Reality is subjective.... and has no place for "truth" in it.
