its true, its real, stop denying it, cos its not only US that is 'behind' the so call agenda, it is really causing problems for us!!
150 of climate record cos scientists from more than 150 years ago have started to discover human are doing something bad to the environment, taking resources without returning any back>>???
how can the earth become stable if we just take and do nohting in return?
few thousands or millions years ago, were there human activities emitting gases?????

i believe global warming is real, so yes.
however, i do believe that some politically prominant people are giving too much weight to the human influence on global warming. the environment has always had its ups and downs with the tempuratures. without humans, there would still be a global warming problem, it may just have lagged by a couple of years.
the real problem is that so many people have built their lifestyles in a way that if the environment changes drastically, they wont be able to cope or recover. its like living in the path of a hurricane or living on a fault line, or living below an active volcano.... sure, it may be a great place to live, but you have to understand that the environment will not always be favorable.

I believe global warming is possible, and it may be occurring on this planet, but I'm not convinced of the cause or causes. If this planet was hit by a meteorite several million years ago, and it was an environment which was conducive to reptilian life, namely hotter than now, how do we eliminate the possibility that the world's recovering, and nothing we're doing affects it that much? Are we sure that we're so important that we really can affect the climate? If we are, why can't we produce rain where and when we need it, prevent floods and hurricanes and tornadoes? I don't think we're that special. nor do I think the experts know, they're just guessing, the same as I am.

I think we have to believe in it when we see so much evidence of it and we read what neutral scientists have come to believe - I included one link here. Most of those who deny it are either simply repeating what someone with an "ax to grind" has said or giving an opinion without having done any real research on the problem, Some "scientists" for example say that cars have no effect upon global warming but often you see they are thinking more of the economic impact of changing cars or raising gasoline efficiency than whether global warming is true or not.
One politician in Michigan condemned Swartzneger for his stand on raising gasoline MPH but rather than for reasons concerning the impact of cars on the environment, it was because of the impact of less cars sold by Michigan automakers.
When you see a scientist say there is no such thing as global warming you have to ask what affiliations he has with what groups and you can see that he is biased in such a way he could never admit to the problem without losing those affiliations.

No, I do not believe in global warming. There is not enough data to support such a theory. If the world is billions of years old (which I do not believe) as science says, the mere 150 years of weather data collected is a drop in the bucket. Our "warming weather" could be a part of a 1000 year cycle that our earth is going through.
Just because we are having warm days in October does not mean that we are experiencing global warming. Just as the cool summer that we had a couple of years ago did not mean that we were entering an ice age.
Behind all of the hype is what is always behind any big agenda: MONEY.

I believe in global warming, and have for some time.
I do however believe the jury is still out on the CAUSE(S) of global warming, what percent of its cause is mankinds doing, and what effect it really will have.
Pretty much all research you hear about is rediculously biased one way or the other, and the people doing legitmate research don't appeal to the buisness magnets or environmental nuts enough that either side will help them bring attention to their work.
So radical, questionable work comes in from both extremes we hear about, and the people who actually try and apply the scientific method to the problem just aren't kissing enough butt to either side (funny thing how not biasing your work will do that) to make it into papers or on TV, which only answer when big buisness or environmentalists call, not an actual credible but boring scientist with real facts.

In the 60s and 70s the same people hyping global warming today were hyping an ice age by 2000.
Go figure.

I don't even know why you would ask such a question. YEAH...i believe in global warming....i mean u can't deny what about 100% of the scientists are saying is true...come one...grow up people...i dont think there is a question if global warming is happening or not....the question now is...how do we control it?

I believe we have had a SLIGHT increase in global temperature which is probably caused by that great big very HOT ball in the sky we call the sun. I believe the Earth has gone through untold numbers of heating and cooling cycles throughout its existence and this is just another in the series.

Interesting question. Why do people have to "believe" in global warming? If it were real, then it would just be, not "believed".
No one "believes" 2+2=4, or "believes" the Sun in 93 million miles from earth, but yet we have to "believe" global warming is real.
"Believing" requires faith without proof. And you are 100% right, as this is the correct state of global warming. It does require faith to "believe" it's real, as there is no proof that it is.
Faith requires a consensus of the mystics, a religion of followers. And no religion should be made a part of our national policy.
