I am thinking I am in a depression, but am not sure. I'm going to the Dr. Thursday, but want to know what some of you think before going in there like a crazy lady.
Here recently, for the past couple of months, I have been getting mad at the drop of a dime and like totally flipping out on my husband. I get mad easily at my two boys, 3 and 6, who have both recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I even went as far as almost throwing something at my husband. I can't stay focused on anything, like work or cleaning the house. I have no motivation to do anything, even playing with my kids. I used to scrapbook and now I don't even want to do that. I sleep at night, but it's not restfull. I am constantly getting headaches. And I have absolutely no sex drive! Please give me your opinions!

My depression manifested itself as "getting mad at the drop of a dime", so it could be. Also not wanting to do those things that made you happy in the past can be a sign of depression.

However your doctor should be able to find what you need to do. You may be bi-polar or have another of countless mental health problems.

Sounds like it could be depression or bi-polar. Need a doc to know for sure. It could, however, be stress. Maybe between now and Thursday, try to unplug for a bit. take a day off from work, take a long hot bath and relax. I would recommend a whole weekend to make a good attempt at this, but don't put off the doctor visit.

Regardless if it's depression or something else it does sound like you need to see a doctor. Just remember that no matter how weird you think your case might sound to your doctor, they have heard things way worse and way stranger than what you are going through. At least you realize you are having issues and that you aren't acting "normal" for you. That's the best thing you can do for yourself and your family is to talk to your doctor and investigate your options for feeling like yourself again.

Hmm. it seems like it could be depression, but what would cause you to act like this? Maybe you are over worked, or just need to take sleeping pills and get some good nights sleep, but over all it seems like stress is def. a big part of it.

It seems to me as though you do indeed have at least some signs of clinical depression. So now, what I strongly suggest you do is seek couseling from a mental health professional.
