Milk will not help. In fact, it may actually make things worse, as milk requires a great deal of digestion and stomach acids. Most stomach ulcers are caused by the Helicobacter pylori bacteria. Research is showing that a subset of peptic ulcer disease may be associated with HSV-1 (herpes simplex virus). You don't want to hear "see a doctor"? Okay.

You need to avoid milk, because it's very dangerous if you have a problem with your stomach.
Then, you should take some pills to control that pain, because the stomach is a part of the body very delicate and you need to take care of her.
Take care with your foods, try to eat only soft things like: Soups, rice, fruits, vegetables. Try to avoid the coffee and chocolate too.

You need to eat non-acidic foods and take an antacid (like Pepcid) to help with the pain. Acid iritates the ulcer. If it is indeed an ulcer, you will need a course of antibiotics.

Yes, drinking milk may help. Avoid spicy foods, smoking and alcohol too. Go back to your doc and ask for another drug. There are several they can try.
