does anyone know anything about these cameras, where to find a manual or how to clean them? thanks a million!

Previous answer as to how to clean it is spot on. You can download manuals at the link below. Your particular camera is not listed but the c35 or c35efp should be close enough to give you an overview.

You can use a soft cloth slightly dampened to clean the exterior. An old toothbrush can be used to remove any stubborn dust and to get into crevices. Use a bulb-type blower brush* to clean the film chamber, being careful to not touch the shutter curtain. Any additional internal cleaning should be done by a repair tech.
You should be able to find an Owner's Manual on ebay or at amazon.com
* I have no doubt that someone will suggest using pressurized air like you use to clean a keyboard. Ignore them - it simply drives dust deeper into places you don't want it and increases the possibility of damaging your shutter curtain. IMO compressed air is for tires, air mattresses and inflatables for your pool.
