Let me set the stage...We're both divorced his ex is also older than him, so he does like older women...I have a daughter that's 32...however we are so drawn to each other he's the kindest, most romantic, sexiest, hardworking man I'm sure I've ever met...I love being with him we have so much fun, because I do look younger no one gives us odd looks.
I just wonder does age matter? Any advice?

I do not think age matters in a relationship. As long as you both are comfortable with the age difference, then what else matters? It sounds like you are both really attracted to each other- so good for you!! Everyone is searching for love and if you found it, who cares about the age difference!! Just be honest with one another and see where this takes you! I know plenty of women who are perfectly happy with a younger partner. Keep on working your sexy and be proud you still got it at 51!! Best of Luck!

It does matter, but the reasons for why it matters are all an issue of perception. There may also be another reason as to WHY you are so attracted to each other.
Your age difference may come up as an issue if the 2 of you are not at the same points in life. And the other reason why you 2 may feel so much attraction could just be merely sexual. Which means that its not the emotional attraction that you initally thought, but just physical.

yes, not from looks or love but just age. When you are 62 he will be 46 you might be retired or want to but he will be mid career. My grandparents were 7 years apart so when he was 65 and retired to the country she was 57 and unemployed. Dad was 12 years older than mom so when he was 79 she was 61 and just retiring, he died that year now she is 81 and been widowed 14 years.
My ex was 17 years older and didn't save for retirement expecting to have a young wife with a job in his old age.
You will never be able to be at the same stage in life when he retires and wants to be traveling or something you might be past that stage.
Even at your age you are racing to finish saving to retire while he is just starting probably. Think about when he is 65 and you are 81 he might still be working while you are thinking go to Europe on vacation while you can still walk all day.

well it all depends on other people point of view. For me personally, the age gap between 51 and 35 is quite far. So~~ age does matter if you are that old

No of course not, unless its breaking the law, then its wrong.
you should have fun!
im sure it makes you feel younger and better in yourself and much better than being with an older man who cant keep up or anything lol.

just have fun, and if anyone ever did say it, just take it as a compliment, cause theyre jealous :)

No, age does not matter. If you love him that is what counts. Neither one of you are kids, you are both old enough to make your own decisions. When I was born my Mom was 25 and my Dad was 55, and everything in their marriage was great.

If there is love, age really doesnt matter -

Him being 32 means that he is mature, and probably similar to your personality at 51...

So i dont think its too bad =]

Good luck with it all =]

Your both adults.. so no I dont think it matters... as long as your daughter doesnt have a problem with it (him being the same age) but even if she did, its your life .. good on you haha :)

If you are connecting, it doesn't matter. He's 35 and clearly an adult, its not like he's a college kid. Your daughter might be upset, but she is a grown woman too and can deal with it.

No age does not matter as long as you love to be with each other.
