Pinched nerve

You should consult professional medical advice.

It could be something really serious - don't want to panic you - or it could be just 'referred pain' like I have. You don't give sufficient 'medical history' to be able to tell.

As my doctor once said, neither your hand nor your leg is hurting - you only THINK it is! You see, your brain detects that nerve is sending a message and says "this nerve is linked to the left hand".

Some people call this a 'pinched nerve'. Physio or massage (I found a brilliant Shiatsu masseur) can assist. Once you know where exactly the problem is (it may be anywhere from your neck vertebrae down to your carpal tunnel [I had that too!]), you can often use the right sort of stretches to assist.

Possibly a pinched nerve. Could be carpal tunnel syndrome. Only a doctor would no for sure.

You may have a problem in your cervical spine which is "pinching" the ulnar nerve. See an orthopedic specialist. An x-ray may not show the problem but an MRI will.

you need to give more information. But tingling and numbness are caused by nerve inpingment and or damage. Could be from your elbow, shoulder, wrist or neck. nothing you can do but take aleve or anti inflammatory and maybe some physical therapy.
