I will go with the 69 fastback because it's an original and old timer last longer and are built, stronger, yes it might need some shinning up and some polish and some small work here and there but is still first class my father in law had one and he left it for the family, and it still standing some of the latest mustang look ok, but to me it's not the same. take care.

No question, get the fastback. The Camaro is a nice muscle car, but it's no Mustang. And the fact that you're a girl and you're this interested in getting either one is HOT. I'm sure you'll turn heads in either one, but a girl in a fastback is so sexy. Email me pics when you're done. ;)

Well I would rather have a 68 but since that isn't part of the question I would go with the 69. I mean I like the newer ones but nothing can beat a good ole' classic

Mine would be a 67 or 70, never cared for the fake vent holes in the 69.

I love the 69 fastback, but somehow the latest seems more attractive... but still love the good old fastback!

'69 for sure. I'm in the middle of restoring mine. It's a genuine 351, candyapple red, with red interior Mach 1. A beauty.

69 was an original. New is because they were unable to design anything as cool. My father-in-law has a 69 with 60k original miles. He ordered it new in 69. Very sweet.

The 1970 429 Boss it was cool for to many reasons, but the one I like best is that even Ford Motor Company had a heck of a time fitting the 429 into the engine bay of the 1970 Mustang, but I am glad they did my bother and I own one of these rare cars and we still drive the car to local shows and car rallies,we even drag race it 2-3 time a year it is a fun car.
