Photoshop help!?

Question

Could someone please help me edit this pic?
I tried to do it on pixenate but it doesnt work.
I wanna whiten my teeth here.

select the magnet lasso tool and slowly go around the teeth...once selected everything you want, select white in the colour chooser and go to paint brush. select a bigish brush to save time. put the opacity of the brush on the top bar to about 20% and go over it once. If you want it whiter, go over it again.

I'm a photoshop addict and have the photo ready for you.

What I did:
Use the lasso tool and capture the entire mouth, including some of the lips.
Copy/ Paste. Now you have a separate layer of just the mouth and teeth.
Using the Color balance tools, I reduced the yellow and increased red and blue just a bit on each - ignore what the lips look like. Concentrate on the effect of the teeth. You want them to be brighter, less yellow, but not too white or too blue/red.
Using the Brightness and Contrast control, I lightened the layer just a touch - again be careful here to keep from making the effect seem comical.
Using the Hue/Saturation Tool, I reduced the saturation by about 25%.
Add a Layer Mask, select a small brush with dull edges (hardness set at about 90-95%) and then mask out the lips and gums.
Flatten the image.
Save.

yes photoshop it great you need to get some one that ones how to uses it better or you should play around and see what you get
