So because almost everyone you know is drinking Beer does that mean you have to. It's far better to be a Leader than a follower. You're only 15 and you've got plenty of years ahead to drink. If less people in this country (uk) under the age of 18 didn't think it was 'smart, cool and clever' to drink we wouldn't have half the Yob Culture we do now.

And No I'm not an Old Fuddy Duddy, I like a drink myself and am a Mum to 4 kids who have all tried it out at your age and I'm sure my youngest who is 14 has had the odd swig.

In the US it is illegal for you to drink or buy alcohol. It sounds like you are curious to see what this is all about since your friends are sneaking this forbidden beverage. You arent old enough yet to make responsible decisions about when to stop and alcohol can be addictive. However, why not ask your parents to let you taste some of these things at home under their supervision. You may find out that you dont like it and there's no thrill in doing something that you have already tried. Saying no to peer pressure is something you will have to deal with all through your teen years. Dont let anyone talk you into doing anything that you feel goes against what you think is fair, right and legal. It will keep you a lot happier and safer. When your friends get their driver's licenses, please dont ride with a drunk driver. Volunteer to be the designated sober driver. Everyone will want you to go out with them and you will arrive home in one piece.

If I were you I'd stay away from alcohol until you're 18. If you get caught drinking with your friends by police then you AND your parents can get into a lot of trouble.

If you really want to, ask your parents if you are allowed a beer with your dinner every now and then. Or try a shandy, shandy's are good and won't get you into trouble. (A shandy is half a glass of beer mixed with half a glass of lemonade).

Well its against the law to drink underage and if you get caught you could in serious trouble. But that never stopped anyone before! My advise is if you're going to drink, go to a friends house, someone who you can trust drink only one or two cos since its your first time drinking it won't take long before it has its effect on you. Don't over do or you could end up in hospital getting your stomach pumped. Happens to alot of underage drinkers who don't know when to stop.

Be careful

Depending where you live buying alcohol is for over 18s here in the UK , I think some states in the US its over 21. Don't try alcohol until you are legally responsible for yourself, its stupid and completely selfish.

no, please don't. Plus it is kind of gross. Ask a parent if you can try one at home or a non-aloc beer. Remember you can get into a lot of trouble for drinking...like go to juvenile hall.
