Shabbat is from friday to saturday- why are you worried about Sunday?
Due to the secular calendar set-up in most countries, Sunday is a day off. So it's hard to call it a 'work day', but that's the day we do stuff around the house,go out to museum festivals etc., do whatever- as a Jewish boy, why don't you use it to study?? (Sorry. As a jewish mother I couldn't resist making the suggestion ;-)
Or, if relaxation is really what your body needs, do that too.See a movie. Enrich your cultural knowledge.
Sunday is just like every day besides shabbat, it's up to you to make it count. If you have no work or school, fill it well.

Sunday is the sabbath of the christian world. They adopted it as their day of worship and rest (though they have no laws for observing their sabbath, so it's not a true shabbat).

As a Jew, your Sunday is the first day of the week, a work day.
You may do as you please regarding rest.
