hey, i have the basment which has a wood wall finish, it is all around, from the living around to my bed room to a spare storage aread room (where the a/c boiler ect is.) and kitchen area. everywhere but the kitchen area is wood flooring too. i have a curtain as a seperater from the lounging area to the storage area. i was wondering what to put on the wall i was wanting a 3 or 4 piece art, on my wall or something just to have on there. the walls are still in nice condition and i dont want to paint over them or whatso ever. its just the what you call "lounge " area. i have blue couches that go there. it was originally a 3 piece "L" shape but i took the center piece and put it behind the computer/work area corner to watch movies or just when i have friends over because we huddle around the computer at times, but any idea's/ suggestions, thanks! here some pictures. its the wall about the blue sofa's. thanks!

One idea could give you a window type look with a few yards of creamy or off white fabric. You can also use a king size flat sheet or 2 behind the couch, and hang on dowel rod, from the hardware store. It would give the effect of light and faux windows behind the couch. Separate them as if you had 2 windows at each end of the couch. Then you can place wall art in between or in the middle for the added interest. This is reasonably cheap to do as well. The knotty pine tongue and groove walls are in great shape, I wouldn't do anything to them either. Hang up some fabric, then the wall art, and bring in the red color, and maybe some shades of light green and taupe or a yellowy tone. By doing this with the fabric if you hang the rod as close to the ceiling as possible it will give the room height. Good Luck
