If you are going to have 2 breeding pairs your should separate them because the females (more often the females seem to be the more aggressive when it comes to breeding) will throw the other females eggs out of her nest or may try to get in there and fight with her and effectively kick her out of her nest.
Budgies are usually prolific breeders and once provided with a nesting box will breed easily without your help. A healthy diet and minimal stress will allow them to have healthy happy babies.

Like in all breeding circumstances, a male budgerigar is mandatory to fertilize a woman with a view to place fecund eggs. there is not any such difficulty as a chicken's song being carried interior the process the air to fertilize a woman, as noise does no longer have the comparable result as sexual intercourse. Bluntly, intercourse between a guy budgie and a woman budgie is mandatory to have toddlers.

Put one male and female in one cage and one male and female in another cage then put a breeding box in each cage they will soon lay eggs if you don't get them a breeding box they wil not breed, if you put two of the same sex in the same cage they will fight.

I don't think there is really a way to make them, you can put a nestbox in the cage to try to encourage it, but I have had 2 male's and 2 females for ever and no babies.

GET A NESTING BOX AND THEY WILL BREED. THEY WONT BREED WITHOUT ONE.
