Is each particle of consciousness dependent upon every other? Does the strength of one add to the strength of all? Does the weakness of one weaken the whole? Can the energy of one recreate the whole? Can the striving of one increase the potentiality of everything that is, and does this place great responsibility upon every consciousness?
“All of creation is sacred and alive, each part connected to each other part, and each communicating in a creative cooperative commerce in which the smallest and the largest are equally involved.” ~ Psychic Politics, The Codicils.

The universe does not split into different evolutionary trajectories at each point of space/time. Realizing this (it seems straightforward), there are several consequences:
1) There must be a tremendous amount of information present at the deepest level of space time.
2) All of this information must be available at each point.
3) For this to be true at all points in space AND time implies that the universe has a memory. Information and memory imply learning.
4) This information and coherence clearly implies affinity between all points of space/time (what we might experience as "love", or any derivative thereof).
5) The sustained affinity also implies that the nature of the universe is ethical.
There's much more, but this should do as a start.

Yes & yes. I see it as we are all one thing that has split into billions of pieces all experiencing this thing called the world from every possible angle at the same time. When done we we all return to one. Not one can advance {for lack of a better term} without all taking a step forward, because we are just one. None is greater or less than the other, all equally treasured, all equally beloved. With this in mind consider, can anything ever really be separate or private, to not have effect on the whole. That is the great lie or illusion here, the belief that I can in any way ever be separate, that what I do or think effects no one but me. Yet the positive is always stronger than the negative. One only needs to look at the effect the great world Teachers have had on humanity to realize this is true. Buddah, Christ, Krishna, Gandhi, and all the others I fail to mention all impacted us greatly for centuries, & they were but one in an illusion of many. Thanks for a great question!

The idea of "dependant" and "weakness" are idea's borne of mankind having no true place.
Energy , as you say, is endless and ever increasing. This energy is known as "God" ; one can see how this energy might be intepreted as such.
Consider all that is , works within a "co-op". Each molecule is aware of the self fully, knows it's origin and gladly takes the form of it's choosing as nothing is forced to do the bidding of another. The acception to this rule is mankind as his awarness is locked in a physical world he alone agreed to remain in; again, religions attempt to walk man out of this false physical reality to help mankind gain a higher awareness. When I say false I lean towards "alternate".
The responsibilities you speak of are a valid one as each consciousness effects the others in more ways than some may agree to. Upon this physical life we will eventually leave, many will be surprised to learn their work has just begun...

The whole is self-sufficient unto itself.
Consciousness or the state of being is ever expanding and yet remains unchanged. Awareness is that which changes.
Awareness within man is in a constant state of flux, it is the Creator that keeps everything in a state of balance. This is difficult for man to comprehend.
The Creator is "The Creator, Protector, and Sustainer."
That which has emanated from the Creator will eventually return to the Creator.
The Great Responsibility is in the hands of the Creator.
It's mans responsibility to understand himself and then understand the Creator.
Sometimes we become so intellectual that the intellect becomes a hindrance.
Simple is as simple does.
The "Soul of God", is where all are one and one is all!
(And we are all rays of light that have been sent forward from within the Soul of God.)

Consider each individual consciousness as a drop of consciousness in the ocean of consciousness. The individual drop lies in the field of the ever-changing relative field of that which exist. The ocean of consciousness is of the absolute none changing field of existence where there is Wholeness. Indeed all creation is sacred, but that said, in the world of duality or in the relative Field, you hold your identification as such then so be it. If your identification is in the absolute field then all the qualities of that field is lived in the relative experiences of life. Remember, the description is not the described.

From what I gather the Buddhists teach that when perfected a human soul will cease to be aware of itself and will blend into the "Godhead" like a meteor falling into and becoming part of the sun. This is different from the Christian vision of the saints in heaven. They retain their identity and personal history but place themselves completely at the service of and worship the glory of Christ for all eternity. This is more like a meteor locked into an orbit around the sun. I prefer the latter scenario.

This quote addresses the oneness of humanity and all that concept implies. Of course, that does not mean we literally become someone else. That is not the meaning of oneness. The animating spirit of such consciousness and all it implies in our thoughts and behaviors cannot be accomplished save through the power of the Holy Spirit. The world of humanity is like the body and the Holy Spirit is like the animating power of the body; just as the human spirit is the cause of the cohesion of the various parts of the human organism, likewise the Holy Spirit is the cause of the unity and amity of all humanity.

I am inclined to believe we are all one based on certain things I have seen like.... how emotions are so tansferable from one person to another, how positive or negative energy can influence a whole group of people, how we know when some one close to us is sick or hurt... So my question is why does the human condition tell us the opposite that we are seperate and unequal and that we should be afraid and against our brothers and sisters? How do we transcend that?

Every singularity, or metaphor, or item etc.....is held as unique in the web of existence........every one of them needs the others to experience it's own awareness....once the singularity awakes to the realization that it is unique AND more a part of the light than imaginable...then that 'new' transformed energy can be a catalyst for light in others.
we need the separateness to appreciate the whole. Love is far too profound to experience it's self in one way....and Love takes great joy in expressing to It's self the ways that It remembers It's self continually.....it's a delight around every worm hole and a cosmic surprise behind every photon.

In nature, light exists as photons which - though technically particles - move as waves. These waves can interact with each other - reinforcing each other or cancelling each other out, or causing "interference patterns". Interference is not always negative - and the key word is patterns. Out of the chaos of interaction comes order.
We are those photons, I think. Any one photon may be fairly inconsequential. But if it moves upon the next one, and that one moves upon the next one, and so on, their collective motion can fill the universe.
