I understand that the noodles themselves are at least vegetarian (not vegan) and that some Oriental flavored ramen contains animal by-products. Is there another type of (vegetarian) seasoning I could use to flavor the noodles? Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!

Rissa. Do you eat produce from the store? That stuff is fertilized with rendered animal parts. You eat it and you won't stop right? Just eat the Ramen and don't worry about one thing if you're easily ignoring the other. But be warned, the Ramen seasonings are heaped with sodium.

Ramen----the beef flavor tastes like beef, the chicken like chicken, the shrimp like shrimp, so does that mean the Oriental tastes like?????

Most oriental ramen has beef flavor. Sometimes I'll throw out the season packet and use part or a veggie bullion cube. Thai Kitchen also makes yummy rice noodle ramen just check the ingredients because at least one (the lemongrass and chili) has shrimp flavor or some animal product.

Top Ramen Oriental Flavor is vegan according to the PeTA Kids website (but isn't on the main site's list). They wouldn't post it on there if it wasn't vegan for sure, but who knows with those weirdo extremists. (No offense if you're a supporter.)
